The estate features facilities including a pool, pool house, and a 2,300 square feet house. This project is undertaken along with the D Shape firm of Enrico Dini. Building blocks for the project will be made from sand, dust, gravel mixed with the magnesium-based binding agent. The project is held up because a giant 3D printer being imported is waiting for military clearance.¨
