3D Printer’s multi-material robots

According to Nature’s video, 3D printers can create a huge variety of shapes, usually deposited layer by layer using a single material. Creating objects made from several materials is possible, but switching between the different printable substances has been a slow process. Now a newly designed nozzle allows for rapid 3D printing of detailed objects with multiple materials. 3D printer’s multi-material robots.

The idea of a “diamandnozzle” is in no way new and if we

are talking about high-resolution 3d printing, then please micro- and not millimeters! Even with an anet a8 with a diamondnozzle, you can easily achieve a significantly better print quality.

This is truly astonishing though. Been waiting for this design to come out for years now. This is most definitely a total game changer for the 3-D printing industry.
