3D-Printed Home For Under $4,000

Posted on Updated on

A family in France has become the first in the world to move into a 3D-printed house. The family just moved into a 3D-printed home . The house cost just $207,000, or £176,000 and took just 54 hours to build, plus another four months to add windows, doors and a roof. “For 2,000 years there hasn’t been a change in the paradigm of the construction process. We wanted to sweep this whole construction process away,”

According to Alexandria Lafci,” So having strong, sturdy walls, having a door that we can close at night — it’s something that we take for granted. Being able to lock our door and be safe. For many of these families, for years, sometimes even a lifetime, they don’t have that opportunity to have a safe shelter. So when they move into a New Story community, when they move into a safe home, families lives are transformed”.

3D printed fashion footwear

3D printed fashion footwear will be a good opportunity for the people who have flat feet, outgrow bone and wide feet. It is hard for them to use fashion shoes for the work or party or any sports. In my house, it is common to have flat feet and they can not use fashionable footwear. It is always hard, we have to special order for the same kind all the time.

According to Nicholas Unis, a junior finance and accounting major in the Smeal College of Business, ” he was telling his idea to the “Shark Tank.” I just had a hard plastic shoe and a rough wooden printer. They liked the idea and gave me some very good input.”
Unis also said “I designed the printer to be optimized to print shoes if you print this material with any normal 3D printer, it’s going to jam, “UnisBrands allows me to have the best of both worlds, bringing business, design, and fashion together.”:)
